      Eat a ton and lift consistently for 6 months straight 4 or 5 times a week and you can reach 100 lbs each arm. But you must eat enough protein to achieve this

      Dumbbell press doesn’t require a spotter at all goofy when you can’t lift it anymore you just drop the weight.
